Melt 1 cube of butter and pour into a 9x13 casserole dish.
In a bowl whisk till smooth:
1 c flour
1 c milk
6 eggs
Pour into casserole dish and cook at 425 for 20-25 minutes
Syrup:
Bring to a boil:
1/4 c butter
1/4 c sugar
juice of one lemon
1/4 to 1/2 t cinnamon, lemon zest if desired
